To ensure a seamless experience, only the services and timeline agreed upon in advance can be guaranteed.
BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. A booking is confirmed only once the retainer is received and all service details have been agreed upon.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due before the scheduled appointment.
SCHEDULE & CHANGES
The final timeline, location, and number of services must be confirmed in advance. Changes requested on the event day may not be accommodated.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Early start times, travel, hair extensions, late arrivals, or added services may require an additional fee and are subject to availability.
